1. Cancellation by the User

We suggest you review our refund policy in case that is what you need. If you ever need to cancel your reservation, make sure to process it as soon as possible to avoid any additional fees.

  • Cancellations placed over 30 days before the event will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations requested between 14-30 days prior to the event will receive a 50% refund.
  • Cancellations processed less than 14 days before the event are non-refundable.

Upon each cancellation time frame request, refunds will be processed within the next 7 to 10 business days. Please contact our online support team any time for more questions and concerns about our refund policy.

2. Casino-Initiated Cancellations

If the casino cancels your reservation due to uncertain circumstances, you will be notified as soon as possible, and we will help you in finding an alternative tournament that meets your needs. Any payments made will be fully refunded or transferred to the new event of your choice in that case.

3. Refund Process

Reimbursements are processed back to the original payment method used at the time of booking. Please allow up to 10 business days for refund to reflect back in your account. Please contact our customer online support team for your help if you do not get it within this time frame.

4. Non-Refundable Bookings

Some casino events or tournaments could be non-refundable. If you book a non-refundable event, the terms will be clearly stated during the booking process, and no refunds will be issued in case of cancellation requests.
